Ingredients used in Tava Idli on Foodies Day Out
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Gun powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Idly - 5 numbers.
• Coconut chutney - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Heat tawa and add butter when butter melts add gunpowder, mix it and add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, cook it for a minute.
  • Add idly on top of this, cook it on both sides with masala, and switch off the flame.

Serve this with coconut chutney.
