Recipe of TANGRI KEBAB

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
leg pieces of chicken  2 Large
curd  1/2 Cup
lemon  1 Tablespoons
garam masala powder  1 Teaspoons
red chili powder  1 Teaspoons
Salt   To Taste
ginger garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
few drops of edible orange color   To Taste

Directions

1.Clean and wash the chicken pieces and make random slits on them
2.Mix all the ingredients except salt together.
3.Rub and wrap chicken pieces in it and keep aside for an hour
4.Now mix in the salt.
5.Grill the chicken pieces till they are cooked well on both the sides.
6.Sprinkle lemon juice and chat masala and serve with onion rings
