whole wheat f;our  450 Grams
fat  30 Grams
salt  1 Teaspoons

spilt green gram  250 Grams
sugar  100 Grams
poppy seeds  2 Teaspoons
cumin  1/2 Teaspoons
cloves  6 Numbers
cinnamon  1 Piece
cardamom  6 Piece

Directions

1. Clean and cook gram till tendre and dry.2. roast and powder spices.

3. When gram is cooked, add powdered spice and sugar. mix well. 4. sift flour. add Salt. 5. make a well in the centre. add milted fat. mix well and water and make a Firely stiff dough. set aside for one hour. 6. divide into even sized balls. flatten. put In a small ball of filling.7.Roll out using a little flour or rice flour to dust
