Fish dish with very tasty green masala filling

Recipe of Stuffed Pomfret with Green Masala

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Corriender Leaves (about 1/2 cup)  1 Bunch
Green Chillies  2 Numbers
Garlic  6 Numbers
Ginger (1 inch piece)  1 Piece
Onion  1 Numbers
Pomfret Fish  1 Numbers
Few mint leaves  4 Numbers
Tomatoes  2 Numbers
salt, pepper, turmeric   To Taste

Clean and dry the pomfret. Cut it on one side just enough to make a slit in the belly for the filling. Apply salt, lemon juice and a little turmeric powder and set aside.. Grind to a paste all the above ingredients except the tomatoes. Heat oil, fry the masal well, then add tomatoes, and garam masala. Cool the mixture. Stuff the above mixture into the fish, dush the fish with flour on all sides and shallow fry until the fish is cooked evenly on all sides.
