Red Chille Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt 1/2 Teaspoons
Tamrind Piece 1 Small
Vegetable Oil Or Canola Oil Or Coconut Oil 2 Tablespoons
Ginger 1 Slice
Garlic 2 Clove
Green Chilles 2 Numbers
Dry Grated Coconut 2 Tablespoons
Onion 1/2 Piece
Whole Pomfret Fish 2 Numbers
Sooji Or Fine Semolina Flr 1 Tablespoons
Rice Flr 1 Teaspoons
Chopped Green Coriender 1 Tablespoons


bring the pomfret fish ,remove the head,tail and clean the inside part properly,till the fish looks white and clean. then make a big slit in the middle to divide it ,to form a cavity to fill the masala.then salt the fish and keep asside. now take the kadhai ,put oil,add the chopped onion,garlic,ginger and roast till the onion bcomes transparent,then add the dry grated coconut,and roast,till golden colour, then add turmeric and red chille powder, and tamrind piece.then cool the mixture and grind to form paste.then add chopped coriender to this paste. now fill thix masala in the cavity of the pomfret fish.and just rub the remaning masala on top of the fish. then take the rice flr and sooji .and roll the fish in it. now heat the fry pan ,and oil and add the fish to it.then cook the fish on medium heat,so the fish is cooked properly with a crispy curst.fry the fish on both the sides. THE COCONUT OIL GIVES EXCELLENT TASTE TO THIS FISH.if you dont have this oil,u can also use normal oil whichever is avaliable. EAT THIS FISH WITH HOT RICE AND DAL OR ANY CURRY.
