Squid and Broccoli Stir-fry

Ingredients used in Squid and Broccoli Stir-fry
• Squid - 2 numbers.
• Broccoli - 1 number.
• Ginger - 1 tea spoon.
• Chicken soup stock - 2/3 cup.
• Sake - 1 tablespoon.
• Soy sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/3 tea spoon.
• Katakuriko starch - 2 teaspoons.
• Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Prepare squid for cooking and cut them into bite-sized pieces, including legs.
  • Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and boil them.
  • Mince fresh ginger.
  • Mix sugar, salt, sake, and soy sauce in chicken soup stock and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok and saute ginger. Add broccoli in the pan and stir-fry them.
  • Add squid and soup in the pan and bring to boil.
  • Pour mixture of water and katakuriko starch over the ingredients and stir quickly. Stop the heat.

Serve hot.
