SPICY CHICKEN BALLS

Ingredients used in SPICY CHICKEN BALLS
• Chicken mince - 200 grams.
• Carrots (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onions white part (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry red chilies - 2 numbers.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan, add water and allow it to boil.
  • In a bowl, add chicken mince, chopped carrots, coriander leaves, spring onions white part, little salt, half a beaten egg and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling, make round balls and place in boiling water pan by allowing it to cook.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add chopped garlic, dry red chili pieces or chili flakes, chopped ginger and saute it.
  • To it, add soya sauce, red chili paste, oyster sauce and saute it, later add chicken ball boiled water.
  • Check for seasoning and add salt, boiled chicken balls and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Take another bowl, add corn flour along with little water and mix it, later add this slurry to chicken balls pan. Once the mixture become thick, switch off flame.

Now spicy chicken ball are ready to serve by garnishing with chopped spring onions.
