Ingredients used in Simple Hummus
• Garlic - 5 cloves.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds peast - 2 tablespoons.
• Chick peas - 1 cup.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a food processor add sesame seeds, pepper powder, salt, and lemon juice, garlic, chickpeas (soaked overnight and boiled) water, olive oil, blend all together, make a fine paste.
