Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Nuts (Almonds & Pistachios) 2 Tablespoons
Raisins (Kishmish) 2 Tablespoons
Condensed Milk 1/2 Numbers
Vemicelli Noodles (Seviyan) 50 Grams
Cardamoms (Ilaichi) (powdered) 2 Numbers
Whole Milk 500 ml
Pure Ghee Or Butter 1 Tablespoons

Directions

  • Heat pure ghee or butter in a pan, fry the Vermicelli until light brown.
  • Bring milk to a boil. Add condensed milk, vermicelli and cardamom powder.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until soft and top with raisins and nuts.
