SARVA PINDI WITH INDIAN CORN

Ingredients used in SARVA PINDI WITH INDIAN CORN
• Corns - 1 cup.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Rice flour - 1/4 cup.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Carrot (grated) - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • In a blender put corns, ginger, cumin seeds, green chilies, and make it into a paste.
  • To that add rice flour, salt, onions, spring onions, coriander leaves, carrot, and make it like a dough.
  • In a pan put some oil, place some dough and press it like a chapati, make holes and cook for 10 minutes and serve hot.
