Recipe of Reshmi Kebab

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Chicken Mince  1000 Grams
Eggs  2 Numbers
Cumin Powder  1 Tablespoons
Yellow Chilli Powder  1 Teaspoons
White Pepper  1 Teaspoons
Groundnut Oil  4 Teaspoons
Cashewnuts  1/3 Cup
Ginger  3 Tablespoons
Onions  2 Tablespoons
Coriander  1/3 Cup
Garam Masala  1 Teaspoons
Butter for basting   To Taste
Salt   To Taste

  1. Break eggs in a bowl amp; whisk them.
  2. Pound the cashewnuts with a pestle.
  3. Clean amp; wash the coriander.
  4. Peel wash amp; finely chop the ginger amp; onions.
  5. Add the whisked eggs, cumin, yellow chillies, white pepper, salt amp; oil to the chicken mince. Keep aside for 15 min.
  6. Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees F (fahrenheit). Add the cashewnuts, chopped onions, ginger amp; coriander amp; garam masala. Mix well.
  7. Divide into 8 equal balls. Using a wet hand, spread the balls by pressing each along the length of the skewers 2quot; apart amp; making each kebab 5quot; long.
  8. Roast in the oven for 6 mins, basting once. (Time may vary from oven to oven.) Remove from the oven amp; serve hot with green chutney.
