ROASTED TOMATO RED CHILLI & GARLIC CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in ROASTED TOMATO RED CHILLI & GARLIC CHUTNEY
• Tomatoes - 3 numbers.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Red chilli - 5 numbers.
• Whole garlic - 2 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Place a pulka maker (mesh) on the stove and place tomatoes, onions, red chili and garlic, once they are cooked they will become nice and soft.
  • Now take some cold water put tomatoes, red chili, onion and garlic in it.
  • Then remove the skin of tomato, onion, red chili, garlic, and then transfer into the blender to make a fine paste with little salt in it.
  • Heat a pan and dry roast the cumin seeds and crush it with a pestle to make into a coarse powder and add this into chutney then mix it.
  • Now tasty roasted tomato red chili and garlic chutney are ready to serve with idli and dosa.

Mrs. Vahchef, the fresh red chillies that you have used is seasonal and it comes only in winter. What about the other seasons??
