Description
Paniyaram is a sweet made with semolina and sugar Everyone will like this sweet and it is very easy to make.

Recipe of Rawa Paniyaram

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Rawa (Sooji)  1 Cup
All Purpose Flour  1/2 Cup
Sugar  3/4 Cup
egg  1 Numbers
Riped Banana  1/2 Numbers
Cardamom  2 Numbers
Cooking Soda  1/4 Teaspoons
oil   To Fry

Directions
  1. Beat egg to fluffy.
  2. Now add sugar, rawa, flour, soda, powdered cardamom amp; mix well.

  3. Mash the banana amp; add to the mix. The mix should be thick like vada mix, if it is so thick you can add very little water.

  4. Leave the mix to set for atleast 20 minutes.

  5. Now heat the oil in frying pan amp; drop small balls of mix with a spoon

  6. Fry till it turns gloden brown amp; drain in a paper towel.
