Recipe of rawa dhokla

Green Chili 2 Numbers
Hing Pinch
Mustrad Seed 1 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves 8-10
Oil 1 Tablespoons
Sugar 2 Teaspoons
Cumin Seed 1 Teaspoons
Finely Chopped Green Chilli 2 Teaspoons
Yogurt 3/4 Cup
Rawa(suji)(semolina) 1.5 Cup
Salt To Taste
Enough Water
Eno/ Soda
Coriander Leaves


In a bowl take suji, add yogurt&enough water to make slightly thin batter. Keep aside for 2-3 hour. Now add sugar,green chilli,salt mix well. In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add jeera&hing, spread it over suji mixture, mix well. Add eno/soda , mix well Pour this mixture in a greased container,steam dhokla at least 10-15 mn. Afterward, cut the dhokla into square shape. Now heat oil in a pan ,add mustrad seed ,curry leaves &green chilli. Once it start sputtering,put all dhoklas in tadka, mix well.be carefull otherwise will broke down. Dhokla is ready to eat, serve hot with green chutney
