hing   Pinch
mustrad seed  1 Teaspoons
curry leaves  8-10
oil  1 Tablespoons
sugar  2 Teaspoons
cumin seed  1 Teaspoons
finely chopped green chilli  2 Teaspoons
yogurt  3/4 Cup
rawa(suji)(semolina)  1.5 Cup
salt   To Taste
enough water  
eno/ soda  
coriander leaves  

Directions
In a bowl take suji, add yogurtamp;enough water to make slightly thin batter. Keep aside for 2-3 hour. Now add sugar,green chilli,salt mix well. In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add jeeraamp;hing, spread it over suji mixture, mix well. Add eno/soda , mix well Pour this mixture in a greased container,steam dhokla at least 10-15 mn. Afterward, cut the dhokla into square shape. Now heat oil in a pan ,add mustrad seed ,curry leaves amp;green chilli. Once it start sputtering,put all dhoklas in tadka, mix well.be carefull otherwise will broke down. Dhokla is ready to eat, serve hot with green chutney
