Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cashew, 10 Numbers
Cardomom 4 Numbers
Powedered Sugar 2 cup Cup
White Rava (sooji) 1 cup Cup
Ghee(clarified Butter) 100 gm Grams


fry white rava in a pan without chainging its colour n grind it to a fine powder mix powedered rava, sugar powder and the nuts required n mix well add ghee with the mixture and make small lemon size ladus the ladu mixture should not b a paste like texture, do not add more ghee, it must b in powder form by which u must b able to hold a ladu thats when u can prepare a melting ladus
