Description: This goes well with any sour and spicy curry or chutney.
Recipe of Ragi kali - Preasure cook method
Mix the ragi powder, salt , pinch of ginger and oil in water. Make it nice and watery. now place the vessel on the flame and keep stirring it till it cooks and comes to the consistency of kali. Now pour some water in a preasure cooker and when it comes to a boil place the partially cooked regi kali with the vessel in the cooker and cook it for upto 3 whistles in low flame.
