Recipe of Ragi dosa

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Urad dal  1 Cup
Ragi flour  2 Cup
salt   To Taste

Soak urad dal for 3 - 4 hours and grind into fine paste. Mix with Ragi flour and add required quantity of water and make in to batter to make dosas. Let it ferment overnight and make dosas next day. Serve with groundnut chutney or coconut chutney or your favourite chutney
