Recipe of pudina rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
cashewnuts broken  1 Tablespoons
grated fresh coconut  3 Tablespoons
mint leaves  1 Bunch
tamarind paste  1 Tablespoons
green chillies according to your spice  3 to 4 Numbers
onions  2 Numbers
basmathi rice  1 Cup
salt to taste  
oil  3 to 4 Tablespoons

Directions

cook rice till each grain is separated and let it cool.heat oil in the pan and saute green chillies and mint leaves until mint leaves are cooked.grind this along with coconut and salt.Heat the remaining oil and fry cashewnuts and keep it a side.Add chana dal,uraddal,mustard seeds and cumin seeds later add onions and let them saute and next add the ground masala paste to it and let it fry for few more minutes.later simmer it and add the cooked rice carefully with out breaking and finally add cashewnuts to it and serve.
