Ingredients used in Set Dosa Sandwich
• Green chillies - 3 number.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Dosa batter - 1 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 number.
• Butter - as required.
• Chinese cabbage (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Lettuce - 1 bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cheese (slice) - 1 number.
Method:
  • Blend green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves to a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan,pour more than a ladlefull of batter, spread as a thick dosa, top it with chopped onions, tomatoes, butter, and pepper powder, cook with closed lid and transfer to a plate.
  • In the same way prepareone more thock dosa topped with Chinese cabbage, lettuce, pepper powder, cheese slices, butter (optional).
  • Now spreadthe earlier prepared coriander and mint leaves chutney to one of the prepareddosas, arrange lettuce leaves and cover it with another dosa.
  • At last, cut them into 2 or 4 equal halves and serve it with tomato ketchup.
