Ingredients used in Methi Carrot Aloo Ki Sabzi
• Fenugreek leaves - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 7 number.
• Green chilies - 3 number.
• Dry red chili - 4 number.
• Potato - 2 number.
• Carrot - 3 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fennel powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, chopped green chilies, dry red chilies, chopped carrot, turmeric powder, mix well and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add fennel powder, pepper powder, chopped fenugreek leaves, boiledpotatoes pieces,salt, mix well and cook for about 3 to 4 mins.

Hot and delicious Methi Carrot Aloo Ki Sabzi is now ready to serve.
