Ingredients used in CABINET PUDDING
• Milk - 150 ml.
• Sugar - 50 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 5 ml.
• Sponge cake - 60 grams.
• Raisins - 40 grams.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add milk, sugar and boil it and keep aside.
  • Beat egg in a bowl and mix it in the above milk pan.
  • Take the butter applied small mould bowls and arrange the sponge bread pieces, raisins.
  • Take a strainer and pour the above milk mixture.
  • Cover it with foil and arrange in tray with little water.
  • Bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes and rest it for some time.
  • Demould it into a plate.

Now the cabinet pudding is ready to serve.

I always believed that vah chef is the best for teaching the uninitiated millions the art of cooking .... now the poor guy has got competition ... uneven one ... just dont tell him ... good job though ..Mrs Vahchef .. we love the desserts recipes?
