BOILED RAW MANGO CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in BOILED RAW MANGO CHUTNEY
• Raw mango - 2 numbers.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Garlic - 5 clove.
• Coriander stems - 1/4 bunch.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Black salt - 2 pinch.
• Salt - 0 0.
Method:

1. Take the pan and add water, raw mango to boil it for 10 mins. 2. Add onions, green chilly, garlic, coriander stems, cumin seeds, black salt and cook it on slow flame for 4 to 5 mins. 3. Remove the raw mango and also remove the seed. 4. Take the blender and add boiled mango pieces along with skin, onions, cumin, green chillies, coriander stems and blend it into a smooth paste and check for seasoning and add salt. 5. Now the chutney is ready to serve with rice, roti and chapati.
