Ingredients used in Vegetable Stew
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Celery (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves.
• Tomatoes with juice (diced) - 50 grams.
• Vegetable broth - 3 cups.
• Frozen italian green beans - 50 grams.
• Cannellini beans - 50 grams.
• Dried basil - 2 teaspoons.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Olive oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Water - to taste.
• Salt - as required.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a Dutch oven.
  • Cook onion and celery until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook about 2 additional minutes.
  • Then add tomatoes, vegetable broth, frozen green beans, and seasonings to taste.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer about 15 minutes.
  • Add cannellini beans and cook 10 more minutes.

Serve hot.
