Recipe of prawn curry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
prawns  500 Grams
red chillies  5 Grams
peppercorns   To Taste
mustard seeds  1 Teaspoons
cumin  1 Teaspoons
tamarind  10 Grams
coriander  15 Grams
onions  55 Grams
garlic  6 Numbers
coconut  1 Numbers
salt   To Taste
curry leaves  1 Springs
oil  15 ml

Directions

1. Shell prawns, remove intestines by slitting back of the prawns. Wash well.

2. Grind spices wiyh coconut.

3. Heat oil.Fry curry leaves. Add spices, and fry well. Add salt, tamarind pulp and water.

4. When liquid starts to simmer, add prawns.

5. Continue simmering till done.
