Ingredients used in Pound Cake Recipe
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Eggs - 3 numbers.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Sugar powder - 100 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Pineapple jelly - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In the kitchen planetary machinery add butter, sugar powder, cream it, till it smooth.
  • Add vanilla essence, eggs, mix it well and add baking powder and all purpose flour mix it like a soft mixture.
  • Pour it into the baking mould and bake them at 180 c for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • After that melt the pineapple jelly and pour on the top of the pound cake and enjoy it.
