POTATO CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in POTATO CHUTNEY
• Potatoes - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilli - 4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 number.
Method:
  • First boil the potatoes and peel them to cut them into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • When cumin seeds splutter add sesame seeds and fry it for a minute then add green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves and add salt then saute it for a minute and switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  • In a blender add all the ingredients and add required water to make a fine paste.
  • Take boiled potatoes in bowl and add lemon juice, salt mix it well then add the sesame seed mixture and mix it.

Now potato chutney is ready to serve
