Recipe of Poha(aval or flattened rice) mixture

Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder 4 to 5 Pinch
Fresh Garlic 2 to 3 Clove
Peanuts 50 Grams
Poha 200 Grams
Salt
Curry Leaves 1 Stricks
Oil To Fry

Directions

Fry poha in hot oil. Fry peanuts also in the same oil after frying poha. Peel the gralic and mash in well. Fry the garlic also in the same oil. Fry the curry leaves. Add all the fried ingredients to a big bowl, add tumeric powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well.

See to that the oil is nice hot, so the the poha gets fried well.
