Ingredients used in Poha(aval or flattened rice) mixture
• Chilli powder - .
• Turmeric powder - 4 to 5 pinch.
• Fresh garlic - 2 to 3 clove.
• Peanuts - 50 grams.
• Poha - 200 grams.
• Salt - .
• Curry leaves - 1 stricks.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Fry poha in hot oil. Fry peanuts also in the same oil after frying poha. Peel the gralic and mash in well. Fry the garlic also in the same oil. Fry the curry leaves. Add all the fried ingredients to a big bowl, add tumeric powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well.

nice item easy to prepare. but how much oil it need to fry?
