DRY COCONUT   Small
PEPPER ROASTED  1 Teaspoons
UDADH DAL ROASTED  1 Teaspoons
CHANNADAL ROASTED  2 Tablespoons
TAMARIND JUICE   Cup
BITTER GAURD   Slice
BEANS   Slice
POTATO  2 Large
TOOR DAL  0.5 Cup
MUSTARD,CURRYLEAVES,PEA NUTS 4 TEMPERING  
OIL FOR TEMPERING  
HING AND CURRY LEAVES 4 TEMPERING  

Directions
Cut all the vegetrables long sliced and pressure cook except for karela . Fry karela and add tamarind juice +salt+haldi+hing and allow to boil Later add the roasted masala grounded paste and cooked dal to the above After it simmers for five minutes add tempering of mustard +one red chilli+phalli ie ground nut (a hand ful)+curry leaves
