Recipe of Pepper Chicken

Garam Masala Powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Black Pepper Powder 3 Teaspoons
Salt [ According To The Taste] To Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 2-3 Teaspoons
Corriander Leaves
Tomatoes 2
Onions [medium Size] 3
Chicken/Mutton 1/4 kg Pound
Few Drops Of Lemon
Green Bell Pepper [Capsicum] 1/2
Curry Leaves
Oil [ Vegetable Or Olive Oil] & A Little Butter 4-5 Teaspoons

Directions

Saute the onions in some oil and a little butter, then whn it turns kind of transparent add ginger& garlic paste and chicken pieces cook for a while, then add all the other dry ingredients except for tomatoes, capsicum , curry leaves & corriander leaves and cook for a while..add a little water [ u can also add potato cubes in it..] then pressure cook this til maybe a whistle or so.. then open the lid, add tomatoes, curry leaves, corriander leaves & capsicum and cook till oil leaves the sides of the pan, add few drops of lemon... [check for salt n u can add as much or as little as black pepper u want] [If u like it reall Spicy add extra black pepper]
