I am a big fan of yours vahchef.. but I am completely disappointed when i saw this video... you never add sugar to authentic pappucharu.. the one you add sugar or jaggery to is sambar and more over. People give tadka once everything is cooked.. that's when all the aroma peeps in. If possible please remove this video and update with the authetic pappu charu recipe for all of us. we love you vahchef.
