Description: Main ingredient is Mint Leaves and beleive me it's very easy and tasty.

Recipe of Pani-puri ka pani

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Imli Pulp 1 Tablespoons
Jaggery Sliced(as Per Taste) 1-2 Tablespoons
Green Chillies 3-4 Numbers
Cumin Powder 1 Tablespoons
Mint Leaves 1 Bunch
Red Chilli Powder-if Needed 1 Teaspoons
Salt As Per Taste 1-2 Pinch
Hing 1 Pinch

Directions

Mix all these ingredients well and grind to a fine paste. Then add as much water as you want. Adjust seasoning and keep it refrigerated. Serve chilled. Get puris , stuff them with boondi soaked in water for 2-3 minutes, dahi beaten if u want and then have it with this pani prepared above.
