Description
Main ingredient is Mint Leaves and beleive me its very easy and tasty.

Recipe of Pani-puri ka pani

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Imli pulp  1 Tablespoons
Jaggery sliced(as per taste)  1-2 Tablespoons
Green chillies  3-4 Numbers
cumin powder  1 Tablespoons
Mint leaves  1 Bunch
Red chilli powder-if needed  1 Teaspoons
Salt as per taste  1-2 Pinch
Hing  1 Pinch

Directions
Mix all these ingredients well and grind to a fine paste. Then add as much water as you want. Adjust seasoning and keep it refrigerated. Serve chilled. Get puris , stuff them with boondi soaked in water for 2-3 minutes, dahi beaten if u want and then have it with this pani prepared above.
