Description: Main ingredient is Mint Leaves and beleive me it's very easy and tasty.
Recipe of Pani-puri ka pani
|Jaggery Sliced(as Per Taste)||1-2||Tablespoons|
|Red Chilli Powder-if Needed||1||Teaspoons|
|Salt As Per Taste||1-2||Pinch|
Mix all these ingredients well and grind to a fine paste. Then add as much water as you want. Adjust seasoning and keep it refrigerated. Serve chilled. Get puris , stuff them with boondi soaked in water for 2-3 minutes, dahi beaten if u want and then have it with this pani prepared above.
