Recipe of Pani pani poori

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Pepper as needed
Cumin Pdr 1/2 Tablespoons
Coriander Pdr 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt as needed
Black Salt pinch
Tamarind 1 fl. oz.
Chilli Pdr as needed
Gr Chilli as needed
Coriander Leaves as needed
Mint as needed


In a bowl add water, tamarind pulp, black salt, salt, pepper, red chilli powder,in a blender add green chillies,mint,coriader leaves make a paste and add to the water.mix well.

Vachef, the pani puri masala is excellent !! In thast I have used kala chana instead of chick peas.

I really like your presentation. It is very visual and I learned a lot. Pani for pani poori, I think I have a little different way of preparing. I roast jeera. after it cools off I grind with amchur. I boil water and that mixture with other spices. Afterit cools off, I add green chilli, mint etc. It has very nice taste. Thanks
