Recipe of paneer fry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
ginger garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
tumeric  0.5 Tablespoons
coriander powder  0.5 Tablespoons
cumin powder  0.5 Tablespoons
jeera   Pinch
cumin seeds   Pinch
green peas  10 Grams
green chilli  4 Numbers
tomatos  2 Numbers
onions  2 Numbers
paneer  100 Grams
oil   To Fry
red chilli powder  1 Tablespoons
masala powder  1 Tablespoons
curry leaves  9 Leaf

Directions
cut the paneer into small cubes. cut onions into small pieces. tomatos into small pieces. take a pan. put some oil in it. fry the paneer. remove the paneer from that pan. and again put some oil into pan. add cumin seeds,jeera and green chilli. add some onions into it. then put 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste when they come into transparent and tomatos and green peas. put lid in the pan for 5min. when they are cooked add red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,tumeric powder,garam masala and mix it well. atlast add paneer put lid for 5min. remove the lid and fry it for few min. paneer fry is ready...............
