Recipe of palli pachadi(peanut chutney)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Redchillies 6 Numbers
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Hing 1 Pinch
Curry Leaves 15 Numbers
Peanut Oil 5 Tablespoons
Tamarind 1 Tablespoons
Peanuts(roasted) 1 Cup
Mint Leaves 1/2 Bunch
Sugar 1 Pinch
Garlic 2 Clove
Mustardseeds 1 Teaspoons

Directions

1.raoast the peanuts in oil and when it is done add red chillies ,tamarind,garlic closves,curry leaves, mint leaves and add hing. 2.let it rest for a while and blend it with adding little water to make a chutney consistensy. 3.now for the tempering for the chutney add oil and when it splutter add mustard seeds and add redchillies and turmeric and curry leaves. 4. add the tempering to the chutney and serve it with dosa or idli.

Recipe Tips

add a pinch of sugar as we are adding tamarind to the chutney so it balances.
