Ingredients used in Palak paneer mutton
• Spinach - 1 cup.
• Mutton - 250 grams.
• Paneer(fried pieces) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 0.
• Black cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Coriander seeds powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Dry grated coconut - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take cleaned mutton then add salt, turmeric powder to cook well and keep them aside.
  • Clean the spinach leaves and grind them into paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add black cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder to saute it.
  • Add spinach paste and when oil comes out add fried paneer pieces, chopped green chilli paste, salt, boiled mutton and again saute it, then cover with lid for 5 minutes.
  • Now add grated coconut, coriander powder, garam masala powder and then chopped coriander leaves.

Now it is ready to serve, eat with rice or roti.
