Recipe of palak mutton

garam masala,coriander powder,coconut powder  
all spices  
mutton  500 Grams
curd,ginger garlic paste,oil,salt  

first clean mutton,then marinate it , in marination add red chilli powder (2tsp), ,gingergarlicpaste(1tbsp)turmeric(pinch),salt (as pe taste)1tbsp oil,keep a side for half n hr.then take a pressure cooker put 2 tbsp oil ,add 2 medium size chopped onions let it get fry ,now add little ginger garlic paste (half tea spoon),aftr it get cook noww add pudina (15-20 lvs),let it get fry ,now add 2 chooped tomatoes ,aftr it get cooked ,now add mutton ,to this add half cup of boiled water(take water micro oven for 1 min) (donot use cold water),add little salt,now put the spinach,now close the cooker and let it get cooked till mutton is boiled and cooked takes 5 -6 whistles depends on type of mutton.aftr it gets cooked slowly remove the lid now cook on low flame let it get some flamesn now add garam masala (half teaspoon or more as per taste),coconutpowder(2 teaspoons)corinder powder(1teaspoon)let it get cooked on low flame finally add lemo juice and take into bowl add finel grated coriander on top of it,it goes good with plain rice ,chapathi
