Mutton Masala 1 Teaspoons
Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Haldi 1/4 Teaspoons
Sajira Pinch
Cloves,elachi 3-4 Piece
Pudhina 1/2 Bunch
Tamoto 1
Mirchi 6 Piece
Onion 1 Small
Palak 1 Bunch
Mutton 1 Lbs
Salt To Taste
Cilantro 1/2 Bunch
Ginger Garlic Paste 11/2 Teaspoons


wash meat in a bowl.then marinate meat with 1/2 tsp redchilli powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 pinch haldi,1 tsp oil,1/4 tsp salt and keep aside for 15 min. heat cooker on medium heat, pour oil 5 tsp, add cloves, elachi, sajira,add chopped green chili,chopped onions. fry untill onions becomes golden brown then add ginger garlic paste,pudhina, palak make it fry for 3 min then add finely chopped tamatoes make it fry 3 min then add marinated meat then cook for 10 min then add red chilli powder meat masala, salt to taste,and cilantro and now keep the cooker lid put it on sim untill 3 whistles come.remove from cooker serve it in a bowl.
