Ingredients used in Onion Potato Salli
• Potatoes - 200 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (sliced) - 1 numbers.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1+1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Cut potatoes into juliennes and fry them in the hot oil till crispy and golden in colour.
  • Then transfer them to bowl, sprinkle some salt, chili powder and mix it.
  • Heat pan, add onion slices, even add butter, sugar and pinch of salt, cook for some time.
  • To it, even add crush pepper, chili powder, turmeric powder, mix well.
  • Add fried potatoes to the caramalised onion mixture, switch off the flame andtoss it.
  • At last, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice.
