Description
This easy Thai fried rice noodle dish,Thin rice noodles are pan-fried with pork and slivered vegetables.

Recipe of Noodles Fried Rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Noodles (Magi/ Top Ramon) packet  1 Numbers
Noodle masala packet  2 Numbers
Capsicum  1/2 Cup
Cauliflower  1/2 Cup
onions  2 Numbers
Peas  1 Cup
Basmati rice  1 1/5 Cup

Directions
  1. Fry the rice in oil and then cook it. After cooking the rice spread it in a big plate. Add salt, sugar, Ajinomoto and 1 pack of noodle masala and mix it nicely.

  2. Fry all the vegetables in oil and steam in the oil itself until cooked. After cooking the vegetables add the second pack of noodle masala and noodles in the vegetables and mix it well.

  3. Add 2 cups of hot water and cook it. After the noodles are cooked add the rice and mix it well and keep it on a sim gas for 5 minutes and then serve hot
