Recipe of MUTTON SOUP

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Gingelly Oil (optional) 1 Tablespoons
CUMIN 1 Tablespoons
PEPPER CORNS To Taste
GARLIC 6 - 7 Clove
TOMATO 1 Numbers
ONION 1 Numbers
MUTTON Or Lamb Or Chicken With Bone 200 Grams
Green Chillies 2 Numbers
Coriander Leaves

Directions

1. Grind onion, garlic, pepper, cumin in a blender. 2. Clean the mutton. 3. In a pressure cooker, add mutton, grounded paste, tomato,green chillies, and salt. 4. Wait till 2 - 3 whistles. 5. When the pressure is realeased, add gingelly oil(u can add any oil) and let it boil for few seconds. 6. Garnish it with cilantro. Now its ready to serve. You can add pepper powder for extra spiciness.

This recipe is good. But I sugest that instead grinding various ingredient, it should be used without grinding. Add a glass of yogurt to make it less spicy and more nourish.ingwaveform
