Description: This is a simple regular hyderabadi dish which is eaten with Tamarind Dal and hot plain rice .

Recipe of Mutton Fry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Water 2 Cup
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Boneless Mutton half kilo Small

Directions

Wash boneless meat and add all the above ingredients in a pressure cooker close the lid and cook it for about 20 minutes till the meat becomes tender and the water dries up.cook till oil ozzes out and start mixing it till fully dry and looks like fry mutton , You can garnish it with chopped corriander and curry leaves. Serve with Tamarind Dal and plain hot rice.
