Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
SALT(ACCORDING TO TASTE)
AJWAIN SEEDS (VAAMU) 1/4 Teaspoons
BUTTER 1 1/2 Teaspoons
RICE FLOUR 1 Cup
MILK FOR MIXING THE DOUGH(LITTLE)
OIL FR FRYING

Directions

FIRST TAKE A BOWL AND ADD THE RICE FLOUR,BUTTER,AJWAIN SEEDS,SALT,AND ADD MILK FR MIXING THE DOUGH. MAKE IT LIKE A ROTI DOUGH,U CAN EVEN ADD SOME KARAM IF U WANT IT TO BE SPICY. THEN WITH THE MURUKU MACHINE PUT THE DOUGH INSIDE AND ON A PLATE JUST GREASE LITTLE BUTTER ON IT,SO THAT WHEN WE PUT MURUKUS ON IT THEY WILL COME OUT EASILY FOR FRYING. THEN HEAT THE OIL ,MAKE SURE THE OIL IS NOT TOO HOT ,OTHERWISE THE MURUKU WILL BE BURNT, NOW PUT THE MURUKUS AND FRY THEM. THEY WILL COME OUT GOOD.
