Recipe of Muruku ( Rice and urid)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Sesame ( Black Or White ) Tablespoons
Butter 1 Tablespoons
Salt 2 Teaspoons
Urid Flour 50 Grams
Rice Flour 500 Grams
Water Soaked In Asofodita( Kayam) 2 Cup


Fry the rice flour in a non stick pan for 2 mins till you get nice smell( do not add oil. Fry the Urid frour the same way. (Some stores sell ready made roasted rice flour and roasted urid flour) Add all the ingredients Gently add asofedita water to the mix. Put the dough in Muruku maker, and fry in sunflower oil.
