Recipe of Mosaru Kodbale (Perugu kodballu in Telugu)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Corainder Finely Chopped
Cumin Seeds 1 Tablespoons
Green Chille Paste As per your taste
Sour Curd 1 Cup
Water 1 Cup
Rice Flour 1 Cup
Salt To taste
Oil To fry


Mix the water, curd, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt well and bring it to boil. Then add the rice flour into the middle of the boiling water and let it boil for another 10-12 minutes. Then mix it well with the help of a wooden stick and see that there are no lumps left. You can also knead it well to make sure there are no lumps left in the dough. Then take a small lump of dough and roll it long which could be of your finger size in thickness. Then stick the both ends to make it like bangle and then fry them on low flame. Your yummy crispy bangles are ready..!!! :)
