Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
butter millk  4 Cup
oil   To Fry
green chillies  2 Numbers
salt   To Taste
ginger  1 Numbers
coconut oil  2 Teaspoons
coconut  1/2 Teaspoons
onion  1 Slice
red chillies  2 Numbers
turmeric powder  1/4 Teaspoons
mustard seeds  1/2 Teaspoons
cumin seeds  1/4 Teaspoons
fenugreek seeds  1/2 Teaspoons
onion  1 Numbers
curry leaves   To Taste

Directions
Heat coconut oil and fry the sliced onion, broken red chillies, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. when brown.add curry leaves.
Add the ground paste to the fried masala.
Add Chopped green chillies and ginger. stir well.
Add butter milk,salt and cook for a while, lowering the heat.the mixture should not boil. just simmer and remove from the fire .
