MOLTEN LAVA CAKE

Ingredients used in MOLTEN LAVA CAKE
• Butter - 55 grams.
• Chocolate - 75 grams.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Sugar powder - 75 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 25 grams.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan and add chocolate switch of the flame and mix thoroughly to liquid consistency.
  • Take a bowl, beat eggs and add sugar powder and beat again.
  • Add vanilla essence, all purpose flour and mix it well.
  • Then add above melted chocolate mixture and mix it thoroughly.
  • Place the butter paper in muffin moulds and transfer the mixture into this moulds.
  • Bake it at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the mould place it in the serving plate.

Now delicious molten lava cake is ready to serve.
