Beans 1/2 Cup
Carrots 1 Cup
Spring Onions 1 Bunch
Pomfret Fillets 50 Grams
Prawns 50 Grams
Crab Meat 50 Grams
Prawn Stock 2 Cup

Directions

Stir fry jullienes of carrot, beans, crab meat, prawns, shredded pomfret fillets. Add salt and pepper. Add prawn stock and bring it to boil. Boil for about 1/2 and hour and garnish with spring onions.This clear soup is very healthy.

Recipe Tips

cornstarch paste can be added to make the soup thicker in consistancy
