Recipe of Methi roti

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
whole wheat flour  100 Grams
bengal gram flour  50 Grams
fenugreek leaves  15 Grams
coriander leaves  5 Grams
salt   To Taste
turmeric   Pinch
fat  50 Grams

Directions

1. sieve flour and gram flour together. add chopped corianderand fenugreek leaves. add salt a pinch of turmeric and 15 gm of fat.

2prepare a soft dough using water. roll into a thin chapati. apply fat make into a ball .

3. roll it again into a chapati bake both sides on a hot griddel.

4. Apply fat. fry for a few minuties and remove.
