Recipe of Methi roti

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Whole Wheat Flour 100 Grams
Bengal Gram Flour 50 Grams
Fenugreek Leaves 15 Grams
Coriander Leaves 5 Grams
Salt To Taste
Turmeric Pinch
Fat 50 Grams

Directions

1. sieve flour and gram flour together. add chopped corianderand fenugreek leaves. add salt a pinch of turmeric and 15 gm of fat.

2prepare a soft dough using water. roll into a thin chapati. apply fat make into a ball .

3. roll it again into a chapati bake both sides on a hot griddel.

4. Apply fat. fry for a few minuties and remove.
