Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
salt  1/4 Pinch
curry leaves  10n Numbers
onion  1 Numbers
urud dhal whole  1/2 Cup
raw rice  1 Cup

Directions
soak rice and dhal together for 1hour and then grind it in mixer and then add salt and curry leaves and onion.make small balls in hand and fry in oil.the batter should not be very thick it should be like vada batter.if the batter is too thick the center will not be cooked.keep flame medium and put the batter in small balls and it should not come up immediately.
