Ingredients used in Masala Egg Paratha
• Coriander chopped - ½ bunch.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Egg (boiled and grated) - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Whole wheat flour - 200 grams.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add boiled and grated egg and add pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt, mix this well.
  • In a another bowl add whole wheat flour, salt, oil, water, mix it like a dough, rest for 15 minutes.
  • divide the dough into equal portions, Roll out into small circles and stuff the egg mixture and seal it and roll them.
  • Apply ghee or butter shallow fry the paratha on both sides till golden color.
